CHAIN OF COMMAND FOR THE SALES FORCE

VP SALES:

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.

NATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE: 

One leader will be assigned for each country, a senior level marketer has 20 years experience, responsible for recruiting and training of all personnel in their geographic territory.

STATE REPRESENTATIVE:

One leader will be assigned for each state, a marketer/sales representative with 10 years experience. Responsible for recruiting and managing County and  town leaders as well as sales representatives and interns.

REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE:

One leader will be assigned for each county, 5 years experience responsible for recruiting town leaders, sales representatives and interns.

SENIOR REPRESENTATIVE:

1-5 years sales experience, may cover more than one town based on population and manage 1-5 sales representatives

ASSOCIATE:

Interns and part time associates responsible for direct sales and research projects.
